2. Intellectual Property Rights & Source Code Transfer
Upon final milestone approval and payment settlement, all custom source code, design systems, database schemas, brand vectors, and bespoke AI deployment configurations transfer 100% to the client.
3. Warranties & Engineering Assurance
We provide a 60-day post-launch warranty on all custom software development and production AI implementations to address any unexpected defects or performance regressions within the defined scope.
